A talk and Q&A consdieirng the past, present and future of retrofit
A guided story through a typical Islington terrace tracking the “layers” of retrofit over time, from original passive design decisions, through post-war alterations, to today’s fabric-first, low-carbon upgrades and the next wave of adaptation.
The talk will be delivered by Theo Jones, an architect and director of Fynn, an architecture and interior design studio focused on heritage and listed homes in Islington.
In collaboration with the Islington Sustainability Network.
